As all of you are probably aware, Michael Jackson died of a suspected Cardiac Arrest yesterday (6/25/09). Michael was Nicole's godfather and as I watched the turmoil unfold on Twitter last night (BST) I was aware that amongst other celebrities, Nicole's 'tweets' were absent. I can only imagine that the news has devestated her, as it has the rest of the world. All of our thoughts, prayers and wishes here at NicoleRichie.Org our with the Jackson family, friends and fans.

According to Spencer Cohn, who sent in a comment, she was there in Philadelphia. Thanks Spencer :) Your girl Nicole sat next to us at the Phillies game yesterday. (6/21/09) We didn't bother her for pictures or autographs. She sat quietly with her little joey in tote next to her bo..... My wife did step on her toe as we moved to our seats. Nicole didn't wail with pain...my wife is light footed.

For Joel Madden and Nicole Richie, being uninformed is bliss when it comes
to the impending birth of their second child.
"We don't know what the sex is," he told PEOPLE Friday before deejaying at Prive Las Vegas. "We waited on the first one and it was such an awesome experience that we can't wait to see what the next one is. It's exciting to wait it out." While the couple are happily awaiting baby No. 2, the stress level is definitely lower than it was when their first child, Harlow, was born. "It's a lot easier," he said, his twin brother Benji by his side. "You've already been through it and it's not as intense and dramatic. We're a little more relaxed. It's actually kind of nice." His advice for new fathers: Roll with the punches. He said, "You just have to roll with it and learn as you go." |
